1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using your original payment method.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During peak periods or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, customs, or postal strikes).
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK offshore islands) and Ireland.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number (if applicable). You can track your parcel using the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there is no update after 7 business days, contact us at maeve@gimiyala.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
